Actual Aviation Solutions LLC (AAS) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2016 with the mission of providing specialized consulting services to the US Government and its partners.
Our team of professionals have extensive experience and certifications in military acquisition, research development and engineering, foreign military sales and multiple other materiel-related disciplines. This experience drives our core values to support US military and industry in making strategic business decisions for research development and acquisition programs.

Do
As a company, AAS identifies and provides usable solutions (consulting, services, business intelligence, and engineering) to the US Government and its partners, functioning as a subject matter expert providing multi-service consultancy with defense industry focused strategic assistance analysis, industry engagement, business development and non-traditional business intelligence.
AAS’s innovative, results-oriented approach has proven effective in creating, developing, and delivering collaborative and diverse programs with maximum return on investment.
Past
Performance
AAS President and Founder Gerald Dwyer saw the opportunity for a strategically placed, trusted intermediary between multiple government agencies and non-traditional defense contractors with the ability and perspective to bring the advantages of each to the benefit of all entities. Relentless, professional, and innovative, with an ability to leverage intelligence, technology, services, a personal network, and the unique ability to get to “yes” resulted in an ongoing program with nearly $0.5 billion in sales proceeds provided to U.S. Department of Defense acquisition contracts and the establishment of multiple successful non-traditional industry entities since founding.
